Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful
Blinds slightly transparent, no real view to speak of, room had a somewhat budget makeover feeling to it. No balcony or terrace as advertised by room description.

the room turned out to be new-fashioned and well-designed with babor products provided and fancy lamps, as for instance. every member of the staff was welcoming. location: the hotel was really close to the outside garden, the city center, and restaurants.

The grounds were kept clean. Breakfast was very very good. We stayed in a deluxe twin room with a very authentic design and Babor products provided; everything was excellent. the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable, offering us wake-up service and ironing free of charge. the location was exceptionally nice, in the center.

Beautiful decor. Excellent restaurant. Nice in town location. Personnel nice and knowledgeable. Great bathroom. Would have liked to stay longer. Pleasantly surprised. Perfect after a 30 plus hour trip. Appreciated our waiters recommendations on wine & food.
Had difficulty getting into town. Roundabouts not marked with street names. It was a trying ordeal when tired & wanting to complete the journey. After exiting e 4 did not have good directions. Even locals couldn't explain.

The location, and the room was good enough.
The reception closing at 22:00, the window not open, they not changing the Towels, not cleaning the Garbage and the breakfast was very poor. I paid the amount of something is not worth.

The hotel is nicely furnished with extremely comfortable beds. We had dinner in the restaurant (not run by hotel apparently) and it was exceptionally good even if pricy. The waiter tried to give us some advice on the choice of wine to go with dinner but wasn't really knowledgeable enough. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was ok. I can imagine that the terrace outside will be a lovely place to sit in the summer once finished. I am already looking forward to my next visit and hope that the hotel stays in the same condition as now, 10 weeks after opening.
Not a criticism but a comment - there are lamps everywhere and they do need to be dusted too!
